Can I reschedule my nutrition consultation?
Yes. You may reschedule your nutrition consultation up to 5 business days before your appointment.

If your request to  reschedule the appointment is received with less than 5 business days notice, the session will be treated as cancelled and forfeited. It cannot be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

How do I reschedule a nutrition consultation?
Nutrition consultations are booked and managed through the HealthScreen team.

Can I book additional nutrition sessions outside my program?
Yes. If necessary, additional nutritional consultations beyond your program inclusions can be purchased. This is managed by your treating dietitian, please discuss the need for additional appointments during your scheduled nutritional appointments. 

What happens if I miss my scheduled nutrition appointment?
If you miss a scheduled nutrition consultation without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and deducted from your total program inclusions. It cannot be rescheduled or credited.
