Note: The information in this article applies to clients who have purchased the Ongoing Health Optimisation add-on, which includes three personalised nutrition consultations.

Can I reschedule my nutrition consultation?

Yes. You may reschedule your nutrition consultation up to 5 business days before your appointment.

If your request to reschedule is received with less than 5 business days notice, the session will be treated as cancelled and forfeited. It cannot be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

How do I reschedule a nutrition consultation?

Can I book additional nutrition sessions?

Yes. If you require additional consultations beyond your purchased sessions, these can be arranged. This is managed by your treating dietitian — please discuss the need for additional appointments during your scheduled sessions.

What happens if I miss a scheduled nutrition appointment?

If you miss a scheduled nutrition consultation without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and deducted from your total purchased sessions. It cannot be rescheduled or credited.
