How do I book a telehealth consult?
The HealthScreen Preventative Health Consult is delivered as a telehealth appointment — a video consultation conducted online with one of our experienced physicians. There is no need to travel to a clinic for this session.
How to book You can book your Preventative Health Consult in the following ways:
- By phone: Call our team on 1300 03 1300 and we will assist you with booking.
- Via the online quiz: HealthScreen's eligibility quiz at healthscreen.com.au will recommend the most appropriate pathway for you based on your responses — including the Preventative Health Consult if it is the best fit. You can proceed directly to booking from the quiz outcome screen.
What happens after I book? Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details and a secure video link for your consultation. The video platform used by HealthScreen is Coviu — a purpose-built Australian telehealth platform that is secure, easy to use, and requires no software installation.
How do I access the video call? At your scheduled appointment time, simply click the link provided in your confirmation email. No account creation or software download is required. The call works directly in your web browser on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
What do I need to prepare?
- A device with a working camera and microphone (laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone)
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet, private space where you can speak freely with your physician
- Any relevant medical records, prior test results, or medication lists you would like to share
