Booking a HealthScreen assessment is a simple process. There are a few ways to get started depending on what suits you best.
Option 1 — Book online Use this link here to book online and select a time that works for you. You can review program inclusions and complete your booking directly through the website.
Option 2 — Call our team If you would prefer to speak with someone before booking, or if you have questions about which program is right for you, our team is available on 1300 03 1300. We are happy to walk you through your options and help match you with the most appropriate program based on your health goals and history.
A $750 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
What happens after you book?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with everything you need to know before your visit, including fasting requirements, what to bring, and any pre-appointment questionaries relevant to your program.
