How long will my appointment take?
HealthScreen assessments are designed to be comprehensive and coordinated within a single visit, but the total time on-site will vary depending on which program you have selected.
General timeframes
MRI-Only Scan Allow approximately 2 to 3 hours for the MRI-Only Scan program, including your pre-consultation with a physician, the imaging itself, and your post-consultation to review findings.
HealthScreen Program The HealthScreen Program is a more comprehensive program and typically takes 3 to 4 hours on the day. This includes your initial physician consultation, blood draw, ECG, multiple imaging components (MRI, CT, ultrasounds), and your results consultation.
HealthScreen Platinum Exam The Platinum Exam is the most extensive program and will also typically takes 3 to 4 hours depending on scheduling and the specific components included. This includes the additional assessments such as body composition analysis and nutritional assessment, alongside the full imaging and biomarker suite.
Why does it take this long? Each component of your assessment is conducted sequentially and coordinated by our clinical team. Unlike fragmented health checks that require multiple visits across different providers, everything at HealthScreen is structured to happen in one place, on one day — which is why we ask patients to set aside sufficient time rather than fitting the assessment around a busy schedule.

- Arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Not planning other significant commitments immediately after your assessment
