Is the consult cost applied to my HealthScreen program?

Yes. If you proceed with a HealthScreen diagnostic program following your Preventative Health Consult, the consultation fee is fully credited toward the cost of your program.

This means you will not be charged for both. The consultation fee is deducted from the total cost of your program at the time of booking your diagnostic appointment.

 

How does the credit work in practice?

What if I decide not to proceed with a program?

There is no obligation to proceed. The Preventative Health Consult is a standalone clinical session with genuine value in its own right — your physician will provide personalised guidance and a clear health risk assessment regardless of whether you go on to book a program.

Which programs does the credit apply to?

The consultation fee credit applies to the HealthScreen Exam and the HealthScreen Platinum Exam. It does not apply to the MRI-Only Scan or to HealthScreen Longevity Memberships.
