What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

HealthScreen's cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and transparent. The key factor in both cases is how much notice you provide before your appointment date.

Cancellations

  • More than 5 business days' notice: If you notify us that you wish to cancel your appointment more than 5 business days before the scheduled date we may offer a refund of your $750 deposit.
  • Less than 5 business days' notice: If you notify us fewer than 5 business days before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • More than 5 business days' notice: If you notify us that you wish to reschedule more than 5 business days before your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at no cost.
  • Less than 5 business days' notice: If you provide fewer than 5 business days' notice, your appointment is treated as cancelled and the cancellation policy above applies. This means your deposit will not be refunded.

How to notify us Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing by email.

Processing time All refund or rescheduling requests are processed within 10 business days of notification.

HealthScreen complies with the Australian Consumer Law. For full details, please refer to our refund policy here.
