What support do I receive after my assessment?
At HealthScreen, your comprehensive diagnostic day is the beginning of your health journey — not the end of it. All programs include a physician-led follow-up consultation to walk you through your results and outline a clinical plan. For clients who wish to extend that support across the year, an Ongoing Health Optimisation add-on is available.
Standard care — included with all programs
Week 2 — Follow-up Physician Review
(Approximately 14 days after your assessment)
Your physician will walk you through your findings in detail, provide a clear assessment of your current health, address any questions, and outline an evidence-based clinical plan tailored for the year ahead.
Ongoing Health Optimisation — optional add-on
The following structured care pathway is available as an optional add-on to both the HealthScreen Program and the HealthScreen Platinum Program. It provides physician-supervised nutritional support and an end-of-year clinical review built around your diagnostic results.
Month 1 — Initial Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessment
You will receive a comprehensive nutritional assessment and lifestyle plan with an Accredited Practising Dietitian. This consultation is grounded in your biomarker data, body composition results, and clinical findings — translating your diagnostic results into practical, personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
Months 3–9 — Ongoing Health Optimisation
Your nutritionist will support the ongoing optimisation of your biomarkers and guide you through changes across two additional consultations during this period. These sessions allow for adjustments based on your progress and any evolving clinical priorities.
Month 12 — Final Optimisation Review
Your physician will assess trends and review progress against the recommendations made at the start of your program. As part of this review, your physician will determine whether any further biomarker testing or diagnostic investigations are clinically indicated, and may refine your long-term preventive health strategy based on your results to date.
